does it take a lot of risk to unlock a Rokr E1? The reason I ask is because I cannot find anybody in my area that can unlock a rokr. So is true that theres no software to unlock a rokr yet?

I'm really not sure why everyone is trying to unlock thier phone by using software. You can get the unlock code from your provider you just have to know what to say to them. If you want your rokr unlocked and dont want to risk it. call your service provider tell them that you are traveling abroad and need your phne unlocked because your going to use a prepaid sim card in that country.

plus, you need to be a customer for at least 90 days.

Also, the phone has to be yours or at least not reported stolen or lost. I have been getting a lot of the latter on another forum I mod on.
People find/steal phones and then try to get them unlocked by coming to forums and asking how to get past the lock.
