E815 transflash microsd

Hi folks!

You have formatted the card with your phone right? Even after this, it still won't recognize the card?

If you don't know how to format your card, read your owner's manual, it will tell you how to do it.

try putting card into phone and power cycle (turn off then back on)
take card out and put into SD adapter then put that into usb card reader
open my computer and you should see your card as a new drive.
open new drive and there should be 4 folders, put your mp3, pix, flix, sounds that you want to put onto the card.
then put card back into phone.

see if that works, thats what you do for LG's it should be pretty similar for the moto's.

Yes, I have tried all of that but the phone doesnt recognize that the card is there so I cant format it.
I spoke to Motorola and they have no clue either. How do I tell if the card is bad?

i guess thats how you tell if it is bad, doing the power cycle is how it should be formatted though.
