Using Webjal with an i870

Is there a specific format I need to use with MIDI or WAV files ot get them to load for a ringtone?

My problem is that about 90% of the time I try to upload a ringtone, I get an error that says:

"A general error ocurres while communicating to the phone. Please verify the connection between the computer, phone and cable as well as your preference settings. In addition you may try setting the phone baud rate to 19200."

Like I said, I know everything is set right, so it has to have something to do with the wav or midi files. They are also legetimate ringtone files.

Any help would be appreaciated.
