Alright guys, I am sorry to be a pestering bastard but I am totally confused right now about my phone. I got a Motorola Razr about 3 months ago from Cingular and I didnt get the insurance for it. For the last week and a half my phone wont charge on its battery. I tried a different battery in it from my buddies Razr and it worked just fine. Does anyone out there know of a way I can get a battery without having to drop like $30 or just general help on fixing this thing.

Even if you didn't get insurance for it, the battery may still be under the manufactures warrenty. Take it back to where you bought the phone.

Re: Phone Newb needs help
the warrenty is only in effect if u purchased it fomr an authorized cingular retailer..
i learned it the hard way
i hada sony ericcson s710a
i bought it from a kiosk from a local mall for about 120 unlocked no contract
i sed..hey not bad at all
so i got it
the damn thing didnt even turn on
they said they couldnt do anything about.... because they werent an authorized cingular retailer
if i were you id just send the battery back or jus buy a new battery
they dont cost that much if u buy a generic brand such as radio shackHey there!
