Help! Razor On Cingular Medianet Not Working

HEY, I HAVE AN UNLOCKED BLACK UNLOCKED RAZOR. I PUT MY CINGULAR SIM IN AND SET UP THE WEB BROWSER FOR CINGULAR. WHEN I TRYTO LOG ON TO MEDIA NET this is WHAT THE SCREEN LOOKS LIKE:

then when i click on prev it takes me to medianet but it won't highlight anything and it'll take me back to that same "prev" screen

ALSO ON THE TOP LEFT OF THE SCREEN THERES THE ICON OF THE SIGNAL STRENGTH, THEN TO THE RIGHT OF THE THE GPRS ICON THEN TO THE RIGHT OF THAT THERES A PIC OF A BOX WITH A PADLOCK IN IT. DOES THAT MEAN SOMETHING IS LOCKED ON MEDIANET. THE "PADLOCK" ONLY APPEARS WHEN I'VE LOGGED ONTO MEDIANET. PLEASE ANY HELP. THANKS

Try configuring it again. If that doesn't work maybe give cingular a jingle.

Try setting your home page to something besides cingular, mine works and will sign in to yahoo.

what homepage? like home.bellsouth.net or something?
I've configured the device on another motorola phone and everything works fine for medianet. i'm only having the problem on the razor. like i said there is padlock icon showing up next to the gprs icon on the top left of the screen. i'm assuming that it means the phone is locked over the air or something.
i called cingular customer service and went through with them to configure and it still doesn't work. thanks......

you can give up on accessing the device.home homepage with media net unless you want to seem edit the phone to show up as a v3 instead of a v3i. you cant expect a page that provides content depending on the user and phones id to work on a phone that they dont even offer! you can get all the settings and direction on motox.info just use mini opera or change your home page something like wap.yahoo or google
