Hey guys,
I have the motorola e815 with verizon. I have had it now for about 1 month. My company switched from Nextel. I use the holster clip and the phone rides in my pocket or clipped to my visor in the truck. I am having a lot of trouble hearing the ringer (loud setting volume all the way up) and my speakerphone conversations. The nextel was a lot louder. I assume it is because of the walky-talky features. I am thinking about a new phone with a better speaker unless there are other suggestions. I like all the features it has but this problem far out weighs those benifits. Are there any suggestions? different phones with a great LOUD speaker? or something I can do to the e815. I ride in the car with the windows open usually and want to use real song ringtones and speaker phone.
Thanks,

There's not much you can do about the volume of the speaker phone if you have the volume turned all the way up.
I used a Motorola stereo earbud set with mine, and it worked perfect. Would stop playing mp3's and connect to incoming calls, and when the call was over, go back to playing music. Also, the mic has a button on it so you can pause your music and make call's etc.
