    My cell phone motorola/sprint pcs model number Ce0168 is giving me a problem. Everything seems to be working fine except that people cannot hear me,but I can hear them. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this?

    the easiest would be to take your phone to Sprint, your handset has a one year warranty so they should replace it at no charge.
