ROCKR HELP...freezes up, when I use abc's

my phone freezes when i txt message someone or enter txt for a new contact entry....i need to take my battery out to fix....i can put new #'s in but the name can only be 1 letter , so i can press 'ok'...usually i can enter the whole name or whole message but when i click 'ok' or 'send' it freezes....

just replace it, even if you did fix the problem it wouldn't be worth the hassle. Just tell your service provider what happens, and make use of your warranty.
