Motorola PhoneTools 4 Help

Alright guys, I'm trying to make some ringtones for my Razr V3 using Motorola PhoneTools. The cropping and everything works just fine until I click transfer to phone. I get an "unsupported codec" message, or something of that sort. All the files I'm using are mp3, so it shouldn't be a problem. Any ideas?

The actual message is "Unsupported Format (mp3 codec may be inappropriate or missing)
