Few Problems with my L6 Slvr

Hello all i am having some problems with me L6 sliver #1 its showing PSC wireless and im on Cingular..... its making me dial and area code for all local numbers....
#2 it wont connect to the pc right ....so i cant add ringtones or anything like that
#3 i cant get the internet browser to work
i bought it on e-bay its not a US phone the power plug that came with it i think is a european plug so its not setup for US standards any help at all PLEASE!!!!

....when choosing the phone, select the Motorola L6.

i did just as that says and i get Network not availible....

Have you tried calling customer care? They should be able to help.

They told me since the phone was Unlocked and not locked on Cingular they could not help me.....

I would try to call back and get a hold of a different rep, because I have never had a problem with calling in for customers to help with the unlocked phones that they purchase from me. Tell them that you received it as a gift or something, maybe that'd work.
