Problems with volume

Me and my boyfriend have the same razr phone. Just mine is pink, and his is silver. we both have t-moblie. His sound/ringtones on his phone is louder than mine. All my volume settings are set to 7, and so are his. Is it something that im missing, or does the volume differ on each phone?

to answer your question:

it could be the source where your're getting your ringtones from, not all are created equal..to test, transfer one of your B/F's ringtones onto your Razr via Bluetooth and see if it has the same sound quality.

we already did that. we both transfered the same mp3 to our phone from the computer, and his is much louder

then it's your phone, take it back to where you bought it from and have it replaced.

i really dont want to take it back.... is the volume different on each phone?

the volume shouldn't be that much different...
you have a one year warranty, you can just get another Pink Razr..

I got my phone from wirefly.com. I have t-mobile...can i just go there and get a new phone?
