If it is you are up a creek - Verizon disables OBEX

I don't think you're going to be bale to pair your Verizon LG to that Moto phone, Verizon cripples some of it's Bluetooth capabilities just like Jeanie mentioned.

#7 | | Mr Admin Guy | are they on the same carrier?
I changed the name of this thread to better reflect what we're talking about. too many 'help me' threads.

#8 | | Super Guy! | ^^ Thank goodness Tony's on the ball! I have no idea why I was thinking Nokia, you did very clearly state that it's a Motorola and a newer LG and I went looking for Nokia resources. Oh well who knows, maybe that BT passkey is under the battery after all, even though it's a different brand. I'd still look if I didn't have anything else going for me.

#10 | | Junior Member | sorry for not making everything clear
1. the motorola v555 is through Cellura one
and like mentioned before the LG is through Verizon...
2. im under the impression that the phones will link if i had the pass key cuz everything seems to go well until that screen comes up
3. as for the pass under the battery i looked but i only have 2 - 8 digit numbers and 1 - 15 digit number... the rest are combined with letters...
4. and sorry for the post bein a "help me" thread i really didnt know what to post it under haha

#12 | | Super /\/\oderator | Sniper, Motorola phones ask for a code when you try to pair through "handsfree", try it through "fine me" instead.
