Is there a way to browse a Moto V550 under windows explorer? (As a device listed under my computer)

It seems that the only way to access the phone's storage is with the motorola program that ships with the data cable.

I know that there are some other motorola phones that can be browsed directly, but i'm sure that only specific models can do it.
It would be alot better if I could browse to it directly instead of having the program access it.
