    I just bought a razor last friday when I got it home and started to look at it. I saw that when I go to text a message and pick a quick notes they are in spanish. I tried to change the language but it didn't work can someone please help me. I'm thinking about taking it back to the store, but before I do I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem.

    This is driving me crazy!!! Why are my quick notes in spanish?? I tried to change the language to english and that didn't work. Is it my phone is there something wrong with it?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    Have you tried going back to the store or calling customer service to have them help walk you through the problem?

    I called customer service they told me to go to the store that I bought it from. At lunch today I saw a T-mobile carrier store so I went there. Guy thought it was crazy that it was like that. He said that everything else is ok and in english. I decided to go back to the store that I got it from and show them. Just in case a couple months from now something else shows up in spanish!!

    So did you return it and get it replaced? You bought it from an authorized dealer, so you should well within your warranty.

    I meant to take it last night but you know things pop up. I'm taking it tonight on my way home. See what they say. I don't think its a big deal since nothing else is in spanish but I want to see what they say. We will see
