The warranty is great, as long as the screens arent cracked, and no water damage. They send you a new phone within 2 days (express) from your claim, and they only charge you for s&h, express is $15. Then you have to send your old phone back within 7 days.
Its great!!

You can do like Crazybeautiful did and just call T-Mobile customer service, your phones will be replaced through warranty, no need to go to the store where you bought them.

#8 | | ... | Hmm...I thought that there were no charges having a replacement phone shipped to you. With Cingular, I didn't have to pay when I had to have a replacement phone. I could be wrong though.

With Cingular in most cases, all you are charged for with a warranty exchange is the cost of shipping.
