PC/Server to cell phone MMS?

Is there any way to send a MMS to a cell phone from either a PC or a web server? I want to send ringtones to my phone but I don't want to fork over $15 for a USB cord for my phone.

I have a Nextel i850 and I have the Family 800 Minute plan.

Unfortunately, with Nextel phones you will not be able to get ringtones on the phone without that dreaded USB cable and software. I learned everything I know about sending ringtones to a Nextel phone from Harry Thompson. The only other way to get ringtones on a Nextel is buying them through the Nextel site or through your handset's Download menu. Hope this helps.
