Problem with MPT and V220

I've been using Motorola Phone tools with great success - ring tones, photo transfer etc on my two V220s for some time. Last week the camera cratered in one of my V220s and Cingular replaced it under warranty. Now everything is great EXCEPT that when I try to set-up the MPT, it tells me that it "cannot detect phone". I have tried both my computers and get the same story. Have changed cables-same story. Have checked my other phone, also a V220 and it works fine.

Any (good) suggestions will be appreciated!!
