I had an old e310. I haven't been overly impressed. The phone didn't seem to want to charge ever. I'd twist it into 20 different positions do a little rain dance, and ~sometimes~ I could get it to charge. I'm probably going to buy a new e815 but I noticed they had the same connector. Has anyone else had problems? Have they improved it in the last year or so?

Also, is the charger different for the Razr? A Razr is my second option.

Thirdly, any suggestions on where to sign up? Does it even matter? I'm planning on going Verizon.
