I have done something to my i930. I took my phone off the charger and tried to power the phone on. The phone came on, but it will not get past the nextel screen. My home page will not come up, it just stays on the yellow screen with Nextel across the center in black. The only way it will even power off is for me to open the back cover and take the battery out.
I have tried to hold down the right soft key while powering up, but nothing happens. I though that if I reformatted that it would revert back to the factory setting so that whatever is messed up will be corrected, but that won't work either - it just comes up with the yellow blank nextel splash screen and will not go any further.
Anyone know of a solution?
