    I purchased a Bluetooth BTH-850 for my Motorolla E815 cell phone. I followed all the directions on pairing the headset with my phone. Bluetooth turned on my phone but says device not found. What am I doing wrong? Please advise anyone.

    read the instructions for both the phone and headset. the phone has to be in a search mode when the headset is paired.

    Sounds like you may be overlooking or not understanding a step in the set up procedure...they can be confusing if you have not done it before. If possible take the phone and ear piece to your cell phone provider's store for help connecting...they are usually very helpful
