rokr e1

i just recently bought an unlocked rokr e1...and i cant send or get picture messaging...and can someone tell me if/can i transfer ringtones from my comp onto my phones memory??..i hope someone can help!..

I dropped my Cingular ROKR E1 into a cup of delicious Italian Roast. Luckily, I read on this forum, not to turn on the phone, remove the MicroSD & SIM Card. I used towels & Q-Tips to remove all the Coffee. I let the ROKR sit for about a week. I used my V551 for about 2 weeks. I checked on eBay. I really like the ROKR E1, so I purchased an unlocked Licorice (Black) ROKR E1. With shipping I paid $116. I borrowed Girlfriend's Cingular SIM (Phone won't turn on w/out SIM) & made sure to set up MMS, Text, Browser & Voicemail. I have never been able to get VM to work properly, so set speed dial 1 as VM. I get a text message with some Alien looking symbol, right after I check VM, though. Other than that, the Unlocked ROKR works fine. If you log-in to your Cingular Account under the Support-Phone/Device tab, you will find everything you will need to set-up your MMS, Text & Browser.

Have you checked out the new ROKR E2 (Black)...Sweet!!
