Phone screen to dark to c can barely c it! HELP

Hey I got this phone from motorola model E815.
The screen is hard to see I had to look at it very close.
I dont know what is the cause it was working then suddenly this happends.
It could be water i spilled on it if i did can u guy's tell me how to open it to clean it out. Or adjust this phone screen to see xD.

Sounds like it's damaged!

Well how can it be damaged when i put it near bright lite i can see it enough to actually make out the words. Just that something wrong with my LCD all things r working fine..

What he means by damaged is that your exterior LCD screen is not functioning properly. If you're well within your warranty, bring it in to a service center.
