i didnt see andy threads on bluetooth connection between motorola phones from cingular and verizon, so im gona post one
i tried to connect with slvr l7 (cingular) and e815 (verizon)(both motorola phones) via bluetooth, and every time i tried to connect it says 0 devices found
but i can connect with razr phones from t-mobile
im just trying to figure this out, i appreciate if anyone has an answer

huh? Can i ask what you can do by connection 2 phones? If you want to move contacts etc, why not get a dongle(try ledshoppe.com)
verizon jacks with the bluetooth(obex is disabled) can be fixed with seem edit

Verizon cripples their BlueTooth phones, so that you can only use BT on their phones with BT headsets for hands free operation.
No file transfers using a Verizon BT capable phone, unless you alter the phone's software. Pretty much as Haydeno said.

i can transfer wallpapers, pictures, ringtones, mp3s, etc
i can connect with cingular and t-mobile phones with BT, but not with verizon phones with BT
so i was just wondering why is not working

You can do a seem edit to re-enable the bluetooth, but I dont know if it works for OBEX or not
