    When I play a movie back on my phone the sound is patchy and the buttons have a huge delay from when you push it ( like the volume) any ideas why guys, also this is an actual movie that was compressed.

    The choppiness and delay is inherent with the video players on these phones. There is really nothing that can be done about it.
