Yo, my PDA has an IR port, can I use that to connect it to the net using my Razr (Does Razr have IR too???), and what I want to do is connect to the net using my phone as a modem per say. But, I dunno if it can possibly to it thorugh IR, I know it can do it through bluetooth, but my PDA is kinda old (Toshiba E330) and does not have built in blue tooth. Would a Palm LifeDrive work, cuz I hate using the net on my cell, and would like to use a PDA with my phone for some net time. I know this didn't make much sense, but it's way cool when it does work, my Uncle has done that all the time, but it was so long ago.

Live life to the fullest. Even if full is over 3.75 a gallon! (Wow, I wrote this two years ago, and that is when I was paying 2.35 a gallon, I now pay 3.50!)

No the razr does not have IR. You can connect usb/bluetooth but it would be dog slow. The fastest razr can connect is at gprs speed (slow) dail up is just as fast and cheaper. I use a sierra aircard to access internet on my laptop and it connects at edge speed which is 70 kbps max useually around 50 kbps.

anyway here are the specs on the razr Motorola RAZR V3 - Full phone specifications

    woody,
