I have just recently purchased a V600 (Quad-band, unlocked, GSM). I am having difficulty picking up my carrier (always seem to be in the Emergency Only mode), and when it does pick up my provider (which only happened like once), I cannot make any calls nor can I receive any incomings. I tested and adjusted the Network Settings, but none seemed to fix the problem.
Is there a reason to this problem--the phone or because of the setting?
Any helpful information is greatly appreciated. TYA.
