(V551) That is the message i keep getting when i try to transfer pics from the phone to the computer on the Motorola Phone Tool Program (w/ data cord of course). What do I do...I had to order a new phone cause this one is not working properly in the first place so I will need to send it back but dont wanna lose over a hundred pics.
