Hi Tony,
My name is Linwood and I have just become a member of
the community. I really like everyone's activity and input.
I have come across a new tool for cellphone users, and I wanted
to give everyone a chance to download it.
I don't want to say anything about it or offer the
free download without checking with you first, because
I know that you don't like posts that come off as
advertisements.
I'll keep an eye on this post.
Thank you for your time.
- Linwood
P.S. We have already placed a permanent link to CellphoneForums in the tool.

Howdy tebmu and welcome to CPF.
I'm one of the newer mods, and you can send the link to me via PM and I'll take a look at it, or pass it along to one of the more seasoned mods to see what they think.
And btw, thank you for asking first.

Re: A Message To The Moderator
Good question I'm always up for newer easier ways to mod phones. Question though, For what cell phones, is it freeware, or is it a version of the datapilot software?

Starting to think that this was nothing more than spam.
I sent a PM asking for details, to no avail.

Ok who's a moderator cause I found another program that lets u do the same things as MPT but unfortunatelly the piece of crap doesn't work with my phone so I was wondering if any of you guys wanted to try it out. I'll send u the link through a PM so u can try it out and see if it works.

Re: A Message To The Moderator
I've got plenty of phones to test this on, if it turns out to be a virus, be ready for a perma-ban. J/K I trust you. Plus I got a kick butt protection tool.

Re: A Message To The Moderator
Same thing and it looks like it has some kind of spyware attached to it that keeps trying to access the internet (no prob though firewall keeps catching it) but I tried to find a way to get it to reconize my phone, because I know I have all the drivers. (It's my thing, hacking my slvr) but to no avail. I do beleive I have to give up, I would keep trying but I already have stuff that works, that and that possible spyware, but either way it's getting deleted. Sorry

Re: A Message To The Moderator
Ok I guess we can say this program is nothing but GARBAGE since it won't let nothing be transfered. I deleted the thing once it didn't work for me, so I thought I'd let someone else try it out to see if it would work for them or not, I guess the answer is a big NO , guess I'll stick with MPT for the time being

Re: A Message To The Moderator
Hey Griffzan, I found another software that does the same stuff as MPT and it will recognize any cell (I've tested it with my cell and friends cells too) the only bad thing about this other software is that in order to copy MP3 ringtones, pics and other applications u need to drag it to the folder,it also installs videos and games, unfortunately for games it only installs JAR files not JAD files, I would recommend this prog to users that work in an office enviroment or just the regular user, the other nice feature of this software is that u can copy all your stuff from one phone to the other. The bad news about it though is that it's a paid software so in other words to either get it complete you'll need to either purchase it,, patch it or install a crack to get all the features. I was unable to let u know of this prog earlier because my cousin messed my pc up with spyware and 3 trojans. Let me know if u want the link for this other program (so far I haven't seen no spyware on it) later
