Both phones are good entry level Java phones. If you plan to run Java apps,
games, get a phone with faster CPU and more memory.
If you buy a phone to make/answer calls, I say get v195, for anything else (from the two) get v360.
v360 is too slow for my liking.
Sony's Z520a almost looks like v360 but it feels faster.
