Try capturing a video using the phone. You will see it is then stored in the 'video' folder in the memory card and the file will have extension of '.3gp'
I have MP3 songs and they are stored in the 'audio' folder.
Other than that I can think you memory card may not be formatted. The phone should do this the first time you put it in. Check whether you have folder and sub folders. I have a top level of 'mobile' and under that are all the other folders. |
I am just completely baffled by this...I went to "USB settings" and set that to "Memory Card". I captured a video and it shows up on my phone for playback, but when I look in the "video" folder it is not there. Actaully, when I look in any of the folders under the main "Mobile" folder, there is nothing.
Well mid post I figured something out....in the videos section of my actual phone if i push the menu button I can switch from "phone" to "Memory Card" storage. (this isnt under connections though...different thing). So I will try this and see if when I put the video on the phone it shows up under the "memory card" storage tab.....this probably shouldve been the first thing for me to try, but I am new so oh well. I will reply with the results
