HELP ME PLEASE!!!! Woke up and all settings back to default.

When I went to sleep last night, I turned the volume all the way down on my C139. When I woke up, it was all the way up to 7. Then I noticed the key volume was changed, and my Shortcuts menu was blank. Everything went back to the way it was when I took it out of the box. I had a full battery to. Can someone please help me out?
