I have a few questions about video on my Motorola SLVR L7.
1. I put pink panther and syriana on my phone in 3gp format and syriana works but when i play pink panther it says "not enough memory for operation". I was wondering what causes this and what can fix it.
2. What is another good format for movies on the SLVR that is better quality then 3gp but is still small enough for the limited memory of my phone.
Thanks, look foreword to hearing from you.

Re: Videos on SLVR
I was told that the phone supported mpeg and mp4 but alas I was lied to. The not enough mem problem you are getting is most likely a result of the phone trying to copy it to your phones mem, if the file was sent to your card and your running it from there you shouldn't have a prob, or maybe there is too many vids on your card I know if you put to many videos on there and locks up (at least mine does) what I've done is put all my songs on my 1 gig card all my vids on one of my 512 and all my games and ringtones on the other 512 card. I still have pleanty of mem left on my cards but with the cards only reading one file type I haven't had anymore problems.

Re: Videos on SLVR
these tiny cards are so expensive compared to others, so i just have one 512mb card, the 100 song limit is fine b/c of that this way i thought i would have wnough mem for songs, games, and movies. This way i have 2/3 spngs for ringtones and have space on my phones for pics.
Just to clarify the only format is 3gp right?

Re: Videos on SLVR
When you record a vid on your phone it's set up as 3gp as well

Re: Videos on SLVR
lol, i realized that right after i put up the messages. I was wondering if u actually watch the movies u put on your phone. To me it seems to be in to bad quality to watch. Wanted to see if i am the only one to think this way.

Re: Videos on SLVR
Most of my movies are just funny clips that I've found online, usually stuff that I can watch over and over again and still laugh everytime I see it.
