so, i need some help with sending ringtones....

it wierd because some of the ringtones i have on my razr i can send to other phones with my bluetooth, but then the ones that i bought off my web browser have these little locks next to them, and i cant send them to other phones....... does anyone know how to fix this???

you can't. the lock means those are locked onto that phone and cannot be transferred to any other.

The ones you can't send either came with the phone or you got off of your provider's web service; that's how they make alot of money, everyone has to buy them instead of unlimited 'sharing'.

The ones you can most likely came from a 3rd party website, that you probably paid some kind of usage fee for. They have no control over what you send of theirs, and neither does your provider. Depending on who your carrier is though, you may or may not be charged to send stuff like that to people who have the same carrier as you; and you definitely will incur a charge when sending or receiving to people who have a different company.
