Hi all! I recently got a V360. I have never had a cell phone, thus am pretty clueless. LOL

Anyways, the dude at the store said I do not need to pay for call display to see the numbers of the people in my phone book? Is that true? I entered my wife's phone (we are on family plan) and our home phone in the phone book, but when I call my cell phone it just says UNKNOWN CALLER. Is there a format for entering the numbers or a setting I am missing, or did is the only way to get that to pay for call display (was not keen on $10 extra per month for that)

Thanks in advance for your help!

The only way u will be able to see who's calling you and none of that "Unknown Caller or Call" you will have to pay for the Caller ID feature. All you do is phone your provider and say that you'd like to add another feature to your cell and they ask you which feature would u like and just say Caller ID/Display. But $10 dollars for CD seems a little too much, I only pay $5/m Hope this answers your question and helps you

Don't know where your from (I could track your i.p. but that seems a little dirty) but most cell plans here in the states have caller i.d. included, even the pre-paid ones. Chack with your provider and see if somethings up with your network, that is if your from the states and feel it should be included. Also the way you formed your question in the thread header made me think you had a Q which is the newest moto out for us gsm users in the states, so for future referance just type question, or you may get a lot of looks but no answers.
