i saw this phone for sale. andy idea whats wrong with it? guy says This phone functions in a unique manner, the user is allowed to recieve calls but cannot dial calls.(dial out) I have no idea why this started and I'm not sure how easy/hard it is to fix this (internal?) error. The phone is not literally broken just has this one problem. worth investing in or no? | ||||||
