Hi,
Just picked up a new KRZR today. Very nice. I am new to Motorola and trying to figure a few things out
1. I just want to be able to sync my MS outlook calender with my KRZR via the USB cable.
2. How can I change the ring tone. The standard motorola one drives me crazy.
Thanks for your help
Markus

Thanks everyone for your help. Did a search and found it on one of Moto's sites. Just figured for a premium phone that this software should have been included

Hopefully you did not have to pay for MPT (Motorola Phone Tools) from that Motorola site. If you search this forum for "MPT", you will find numerous links to secure download sites that offer it for free.

Hey guys, correct me where apropiate.
I think you may also need to grab Bitpim, and use it to surf to the phones file system an delete the 2 two tone database files.
I cant remember the names exactly, but their like,
tmpdnb.db
tonedp.db
You may need to delete these to get phone to recoqnize the new tunes into its music database, after deleting them, disconnect from your computer an reboot phone, it rebuilds the files including new tracks.
Then you should havethe option of using your new mp3 as ringtones.
Peace
