V710 Not Charging.

I've tried cleaning the contacts, different chargers, and different outlets. None have worked, any suggestions?

Refer to the thread in the alt.cellular part of Motorola. Someone else is experiencing the same problem.

The charging port on these phones is known to go bad. If you've had your phone less than a year, the phone is still under the manufacturer's warranty and should be swapped at any corporate Verizon store. If the phone is over a year old, I hope you have insurance or upgrade eligibility.

If you don't have ins and it's over a yr old then they'll trade for a new one $50

They sell refurbs for $50. New phones are quite a bit more expensive.
