is it possible to increase the color display in mobile phones... eg turning a 65,000 color display to sumthing like 263,000? if it is possible.. can anyone tell me how?
Nope. Screens are composed of pixels, and each screen has only so many pixels. You might be able to find a screen that matches your ROKR and plant it in, but that's very hard to do and nearly impossible.
