Custom ringtones with hollywood for amp'd

How do i get custom ringtones to work? I put an .mp3 and .wav in the ringtone folder and it does not show up when i browse to the folder. How do i get this to work.

ringtones have to be 30 seconds or less, a full mp3 or wav wont work

I put in an .mp3 that is 29 seconds and it still says the folder is empty
