KRZR K1M Verizon Vibrate Mode

Whenever i push up and down on the upper most or the lower most thing on any menu of my krzr it vibrates when it is in vibrate mode. Does anyone know why this is? Is this normal? Thanks.

Well, it could be because it is in... vibrate mode? Instead of emitting a beep or some other sound, the phone will simply... vibrate.
