V3 voice dialing

How do I use voice dial on my Razr V3?

On the V3C and V3M you just tap the button on the top right side of the screen.

But you have to save your contacts to the phone memory, not the SIM card. That is the only way to get voice dialing to work.

My phone completely stopped working today. None of the buttons work and it dials "7777777777777777" without me even touching it. I turned it off for awhile and took out the battery several times in attempt to get it to start working again, but no luck. I have an unlock code set on my phone that pops up before you can access the main screen so when I attempt to enter my code, since the buttons wont work and it keeps dialing 7's on its own I can't send or recieve phone calls or text messages or do ANYTHING with the phone for that matter. Can someone PLEASE help!

What does this have to do with the topic of this thread? What you did is called "thread hijacking," and is not a very nice thing to do at all. Reported.

@vanman250: Menu--->Phonebook--->Menu--->Copy--->All to Phone. This will copy all your contacts to the phone memory, but it will leave the originals on the SIM card. When you look in your phone book after you make the copy, there will be duplicates of each contact. Erase the ones that are stored on the SIM. Keep in mind though that if you should happen to break your phone, you will have no way to get at your contact list, so I would suggest that you make a backup of your phonebook somewhere. Hope that helps.

considering that you're new to this forum and this is your first post, we'll let this one slip.

Anything from bad software to just a defective handset can be what's going on with your phone, just take it to your local store and have them check it out.
