Putting ringtones,wallpaper ect from computer to phone?

Ok. I have this cable for my Motorola Razor v3 that hooks up from my computer to my phone. I was wondering to put your own ring tones and wallpapers to your phone if you need a special program or something. If someone can help me out that would be great!

the cable is basically for loading music to the phone. ringtones & wallpaper (as far as i know) have to be emailed to your phone thru an email client...at least thru verizon you do, may be different for other carriers.

For wallpapers I use a program called Pix2Fone, it allows you to click on any picture you want and send it to your phone to use as a wallpaper

To have another application is nice, but I know I can put anything on my V360 direct from applications that already come with the phone.
