Cannot find Sync Software Kit for V3c
Could someone please give me the link where I can find Sync Software Kit for Motorola Vc3.

Do I need this program to transfer ringtones from one phone to another?

My V3c phone does not have file transfer or bluetooth capabilities.

what service you got? make the ringtone on your PC then email them to both phones.
