Seem editing Verizon V3m for vibrate then ring..

Has anyone done the seem edit for vibrate then ring for a Verizon V3m? I have two I want to do the edit to, but want to check woith someone thats done the edit to see how it went, any pitfalls, etc..

Have you ever played around with seem editing before? It is not something to be playing around with if you are unsure of your abilities. Good way to brick your phone if you mess something up. However, if you still want to try, here is a link that will point you in the right direction.

As far as seem editing, no I havent done one yet, thats why I'm asking if anyone has succesfully done it to a Verizon-specific V3. I have found nearly a dozen seem editing websites but havent found any with Verizon V3 phones listed. As far as having no seem experience... until the first one was done, no one had any experience, gotta learn sometime, and as a nearly 30yr ham radio operator and builder, I think I can handle it...

Sorry that link didn't help you, I have never done any seem editing on Verizon's phones. Didn't mean to belittle your skills, just wanted to warn you that seem editing can be risky business, and that one slight mistake can pretty much turn your phone into an expensive paperweight.

Not a problem, 'need thicker skin I looked thru a list of different seems to do and the only one that I want is the vibrate then ring. My Samsung did it outta the box, just wanna find someone who's done it to a Verizon model to sidestep any pitfalls..

I did the seem about a year ago and it worked as stated. No bad side effects other than if I adjust the volume using the up down buttons on the side of the phone. When I adjust volume using these buttons it changes the ring from vibrate then ring to silent.
