Alright, I have a Krzr and have a couple questions concerning USB cables and ringtone

Hello everyone.
Im new to this site and have only had my Krzr phone for 3 days now.
My first question is about getting ringtones for free. I have a friend who has a Rzr and she recording Sexyback and set it as her ringtone. Can I do this with my Krzr?
Also, Ive seen people talking about emailing to my phone MP3 files...Im not sure if I can even recieve emails, how do I find out and does it cost money? Ive seen people talking about creating your own 30 second MP3 file, how do I do this?

Second...USB cable.
So, I hook my USB cable from my cell to the computer and it says something about the wizard not being able to find the necessary software...
I dont have any kind of CD, so I dont know what this means, does anyone know what I should do?

You can not connect your phone to your computer without the drivers to your phone..which come in the 29.95 music essentials kit from verizon, you also get wired headset/mic, a USB cable with the kit, and a micro USB to 2.5mm jack converter.
If you do not have the internet on your phone email cost. i think its between 10 cents and 25 cents per.
Your friends ringtones...if they are 30 seconds or less you can email them to your phone. If you have a card reader for you PC, you can put your card into phone first and format it, then put it in the card reader and copy the ringtones (30 secs or less) to the ringtones folder...this is the only free way if you dont have e-mail/internet on your phone.
