I recently took a vacation to Mexico and while on flight I was trying to find the flight mode so I could still leave my phone on but couldn't locate it. My phone is a Q9h. I still cannot find it...anybody know where it is?

    S700 is broken
I have Samsung S700 camera, but it is broken because its design is very bad. When my wife put it in her pocket, she dit not know when it was turned on,then its len was pressed back due to too many people in Orlando parks.Since it just was out of warranty, I had to open it by myself, and find a small gear broken. I wrote a letter to you ask if you mail this gear to me. However, you never answer me.Yes, you did not respond this case that is your freedom.Since your product's design is not good, it led easily to be damaged. Customers lost money, but you will lose customers. If you have good service that will find costomers back to your company. I have a motorola cell phone V3xx.Several weeks ago, my wife put it in washing machine to wash for nearly one hour. I dried it,and find it very good.Except its battery, it works very good,no any damaged. It is out of warraty, but I wrote a letter to Motorola, which gave me and received a free new battery. For two ! products, two companies, and two attitudes to customers. In fact, V3xx and motorola have no any responsibility, its product is very good. Your camera is very bad in design, which leads customers to easily damage it. Furthermore, you did not respond customers. You think what customers will do in the future. It will have an effect on your other products. I wrote this letetr again to you,so I do not expect any response from you. I hope you know what would win profits.

Pretty standard stuff, good to have it written down though to make sure you're using your phone to it's fullest.

Re: Motorola Q Tips and Tricks

Is there a quick way to reset the phone to "as it left the factory" settings/specs? I'm looking at purchasing a used phone and would like to purge it of all the non-factory files that may be inside/stored or changed.

    Thanks
