Few n00b questions about modding my V3...

First off, I have the latest version of MPT installed on my PC. So far I've used it to transfer mp3's and pics to my phone. pretty cool...

I want learn how to delete the original files from the phone including the wallpapers, ring tones and the video. I also want to know how to transfer video to the V3. I see the tab in MPT for video's.. but when I try to open a folder with video's in it they don't display.. Is this because of the format?

Ok, I just DL'd Mpegable to try and transfer video and same thing. When I go to a folder it's not displaying the video's I have. What am I doing wrong?

So I figured out that I need to convert the videos to fit a mobile.. anyone recommend a decent program thats free?

I use a program just simply called 3GP Converter034 works great for me and you just drag your files over the rpogram and it automatically coverts them, you'll have to choose the correct format of couse but it's pretty simple.
