Motorola i880 and ringtones help!

I have the Moto i880 and for some reason I cannot assign ringtones that I transferred to the memory card. I have tried moving them from the card to the phone and I still can't.

Anyone have any idea? Please help! I have been trying for 3 days!

You cant make ringtones from your mem. card. they need to be transfered to your phone, not the card. assuming you have the correct ringtone guidelines(i.e-8,000khz/8bit/mono) once you have that done, you need to disable your usb reader on your phone.
