my comp sees my phone when i plug it in but cannot find driver i installed moto tools and it searches for it but to no avail please can someone help

You can not use Motorola Phone Tools with Verizon phones. The OBEX controller is disabled on all new models, including the KRZR.

is there any i can get my comp to reconize it and any programs i can use to get phone info and put music and ringtones on it thanks alot

You either need to buy the music essential kit for the KRZR K1M from verizon ($30) to get the drivers for it or you need to format a mini storage card in the phone first then put it into a card reader and transfer files that way. Make sure the ringtones you put in the ringtones folder are 30 sec cuts of the original mp3 file. anything over 30 seconds wont work as a ringtone. make sure you put your ringtones in the ringtone folder, your mp3s in the my music folder and so on.
