Need Help With Motorola E815

Hi Guys... I have memory card installed in mt phone and I am trying to send some ringtones from card to phone but not able to figure it out. Can u guys help me out..... how to copy/send files to the phone.

And also.. any of you know any program to convert .mp3 to .midi ?
